Sana started her career in product and growth at Rizzle — one of India's first AI-powered short-video platforms — where she led content community, product marketing, and program management as CCO. Before that, she scaled growth systems at GrabOn, one of India's leading fintech platforms. She learned early that product without narrative is invisible.

She founded Beyond The Loop from a specific frustration: technically exceptional founders kept getting overlooked not because their products were weak — but because they couldn't articulate why they mattered. BTL was built to fix that. Today it operates as a co-founder-style growth partner — not an agency — for founders across India and UAE.

Outside BTL, Sana advises at Abyro Capital, mentors founders at T-Hub, ADPList, and IBS, and operates at the intersection of venture, brand, and product strategy. Her belief: belief is the original growth driver. Distribution follows it — never the reverse.

Srikar is the product and platform mind behind BTL's technical infrastructure. Where most agencies talk about systems, Srikar builds them — from LMS platforms to Webflow architectures, AI-integrated workflows, and the backend that makes BTL's client work actually scale.
